When you submit an enquiry, quote request or contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, project description, budget range, preferred timeline and any reference links you share.
If you contact us directly through WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you share during that conversation.
We use the information you provide for one primary purpose: responding to your enquiry and delivering the services you request. This includes contacting you about your project, preparing quotations, delivering work and providing support after launch.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your project details with third parties except where it is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have asked for (for example, registering a domain or setting up hosting on your behalf). We do not send marketing messages unrelated to your enquiry.
Our website may use standard privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand general usage — for example which pages are visited most. Analytics identifiers are only activated once configured. You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or private browsing mode without affecting the website's functionality.
Enquiry submissions are stored in a secured database with access limited to APXWE team members who need them to respond to you.
