Our Story
Old trade routes, new kitchen
Spice Route is a fictional restaurant created for this demo — imagined as a modern Indian kitchen that follows the old spice trails: black cardamom from the hills, pepper from the coast, saffron carried over mountains. The menu re-reads those journeys with a light, contemporary hand.
In this imagined dining room, the tandoor never cools, the dal simmers for a full day, and every plate — from chaat to kulfi — is built to be shared. It's the kind of story a real restaurant website from APXWE can tell about your kitchen.
